Optical Shop Near Me in Aligarh: Chashma, Specs and Sunglasses Shop on Ramghat Road

Whether you type "optical shop near me", "chashma shop near me" or "specs shop near me", you want the same thing: a shop that tests your eyes, shows you good frames, fits the lenses properly and is still there if something goes wrong. Here is what to expect from a good optical shop in Aligarh, and what Deepak Optical on Ramghat Road offers.

Where we are

Deepak Optical, Ramghat Road, opposite Gandhi Eye Hospital, Gulzar Nagar, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh 202001. We have served Aligarh since 1995 and are open 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday to Sunday. Open directions in Google Maps, or see the store page.

What one good visit should cover

• Eye test: a proper test and prescription, in the shop.
• Frames to try on: eyeglasses, sunglasses, computer glasses and reading glasses, in more than one size.
• Lens fitting: lenses cut and fitted in-house. Express fitting takes about 30 to 45 minutes for standard single-vision pairs once you choose a frame.
• Adjustment: the pair checked on your face before you leave.
• Repairs: broken or loose glasses looked at, including frames bought elsewhere.

Eyewear shop, chashma ki dukaan or opticals: what to look for

1. They test your eyes or work from a current prescription.
2. They show the price before you pay, frame and lens separately.
3. They check the fit on your face, not just the prescription.
4. They fix problems and tell you the process before you buy.
5. They have been around long enough that you can ask people about them.

Sunglasses and goggles

Looking for sunglasses or goggles for men? Browse sunglasses or visit the shop to try them on. If you wear glasses, ask about tinted prescription lenses.

Short on time?
