Where we ship

EYVRO ships across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat ₹100 anywhere in India.

Timelines

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Orders that include prescription lenses are dispatched after the lenses are cut and fitted, so they take longer than a frame-only order. We will tell you the expected date when we confirm your prescription.

Tracking your order

You will receive the courier and tracking details once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, get in touch through our contact page and we will chase it.

Delivery problems

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the package before opening it where you can and get in touch through our contact page the same day. That makes a courier claim possible, which is otherwise difficult after the packaging is discarded.
